Children's & Teen's Therapy Centre
North Shore Community Centre is pleased to welcome Children’s and Teens Therapy Centre (CTTC) to our vibrant community hub. The new services operates from North Shore Community Centre rooms on a full-time basis by appointment.
Children’s and Teens Therapy Centre is a not for profit organisation that provides a full multi-disciplinary team including Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, and Physiotherapy. Therapists also visit clients in their own homes, at school or in the community.
By supporting families and children, CTTC provides services early in life when they can make the greatest difference in a child’s life long outcomes. Delays and disabilities that are not addressed early can have a compounding impact on the child’s later development and lead to feelings of being different. Inclusiveness, acceptance and meaningful engagement are essential for children and young people to grow into healthy functional adults.
Children’s and Teens Therapy Centre works with children and young people with developmental delays, disabilities and health conditions. Funding is available through a range of sources including NDIS, Medicare, HCWA, Better Start and more. The organisation also receives a grant from Department of Education to see verified students at school.
Families are encouraged to contact Kylie at Children’s and Teens Therapy Centre on 5441 7199 to make an appointment or ask about funding options.

Soccer Skills Training for 5 to 12yo
A number of fundamental skills are needed to play soccer, with advanced players able to build on the fundamental skills for more complex and precise dribbling, passing and shooting. The skills of a soccer player also vary from one position to another, with a goalkeeper needing much different skills than a field player. Children’s enjoyment and engagement is at the forefront of the sessions, which are packed with fun and maximise children’s contact with the ball.
