The North Shore Room is the largest space available offering access to the indoor stage, commercial kitchen, and outdoor facilities.
Our modern, environmentally sustainable centre offers a range of different spaces to hire from our large hall space with stage and commercial kitchen access to smaller spaces like our Little Mudjimba room which opens onto our playground area – ideal for kids, families and parents.

Regular Hirers
The NSCC requires all regular hirers to have their own public liability insurance to $20,000,000. A copy of your Certificate of Currency is required prior to your first booking.
Casual One Off Events
Casual Hirers are further defined as third parties who hire NSCC facilities for no more than a total of ten (10) days over a twelve (12) month period. The NSCC recommends that all casual one off hirers take out their own public liability insurance for their event. Casual hirers are not covered under the NSCC public liability policy. The NSCC is not responsible for insuring one off events that are not NSCC run events. The NSCC reserves the right to refuse any one off events that do not have their own insurance cover.
Small Groups Public Liability Coverage:
Small groups are defined as regular not for profit groups with 20 members or less undertaking low risk activities, classes, workshops etc.at the NSCC. For Hirers meeting the definition of a low risk small NFP group, the NSCC has coverage in place which may be suitable and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Policy.
